Our Goal is to provide our buyers with houses that will meet their needs, weather it be for personal living or investment purposes. We will present them to you as they become available. Many buyers want Turn Key properties; they simply want to be able to buy them, turn the key and they're ready to rent out. Then we have our Handy Men who love our rehab properties; with problems that include plumbing, electrical, and dry wall. These guys can fix them up, rent them out and they love doing it. We have those properties also. To become one of our buyers please fill the Investors information sheet out and we will email you properties that meet your qualifications. In the comments section please indicate the type of properties you prefer, along with the area and your price range. Please specify if you are a cash buyer and how fast you can close.
